      Actions Statistics

      The Actions statistics tab provides insightful statistics across the three different access levels in the platform: the Me level, the Segments level, and the Organization level. 

      Actions statistics are displayed in two sections: one for the Selected segment and one for the Hierarchy, which includes all sub-segments connected through the segment hierarchy.

      Each level offers a tailored view of action progress and engagement. 

      Me 

      Track your own progress and advancement: 

      • Action Status: Breakdown of your actions by status - On track, Behind, At risk, No status.

      • Completed Actions: Percentage of your actions that are Completed vs. Not completed. 

      Note: Actions where you're only listed as responsible (but not assigned) are not included. 

      Segments  


      View data related to a selected segment and its sub-segments. 

      Selected Segment: 

      • Action Status: Breakdown of actions in this segment by status - On track, Behind, At risk, No status. 

      • Completed Actions: Percentage of both private and public actions in this segment that are Completed vs. Not completed.

      • Employees with Actions: Percentage of employees in this segment that have at least one public action. 

      Note: Private employee actions within the segment are not included in these statistics. 

       

      Hierarchy (Sub-segments): 

      • Action Status: Breakdown of all actions in sub-segments by status - On track, Behind, At risk, No status. 

      • Completed Actions: Percentage of both private and public actions in sub-segments that are Completed vs. Not completed. 

      • Segments with Actions: Percentage of sub-segments that have at least one public or private action. 

      Note: Private segments actions within segments are included in these statistics. 

      Organization 

      Get a global overview of action performance on Organization level or across the entire organization.

      Organizational-Level Actions: 

      • Action Status: Breakdown of actions on organization level by status - On track, Behind, At risk, No status. 

      • Completed Actions: Percentage of Organization actions that are Completed vs. Not completed. 

      Note: Organization statistics cannot be set as private. 

       

      All Actions Across the Organization: 

      • Action Status: Breakdown of actions across all available segments by status - On track, Behind, At risk, No status. 

      • Completed Actions: Percentage of actions in all available segments that are Completed vs. Not completed. 

      • Employees with Actions: Percentage of employees across the organization with at least one public action. 

      • Segments with Actions: Percentage of segments across the organization with at least one public or private action.
