      Aggregation of none pulse surveys

      By default the aggregation of none pulse surveys is set to be active, this means that you will get combined results when using a combination of both pulse and none pulse surveys or just none pulse surveys that falls within the 11 weeks' timeline for an aggregated report, read more here.

      In most cases this is desired as it will present a more trustworthy trend in the reports affected however, if your organization does not desire this, it can be disabled by following the steps below:

      • Navigate to Settings and General
      • Deactivate the "Include none-pulse surveys in moving average" parameter
      • Press Save
