Eletive Copilot

Eletive Copilot is an AI-driven assistant built directly into the Eletive platform, designed to help you get instant answers and guidance without leaving the app.

Target audience: All Eletive users

Eletive Copilot is available in two modes depending on your needs.

By default, Copilot draws on Eletive's full Help Center to answer questions about features, settings, and platform setup in your choice of language.

You can also enable Copilot with access to your account data. In this mode, Copilot can help you explore survey results through natural language questions, making it easier to uncover insights and take action directly within the platform. For information on how to activate this, see this article.

 Note: Copilot uses AI Credits to process requests. For more information on AI Credits, see this article. 

How to find Copilot

You'll find the Eletive Copilot in the top right corner, look for the chat icon


Click on it to start a chat and prompt it with your question(s).
It will read your question and get back to you with a reply.

 From the header section in the chat window you can: 

  • Click on + to start a new conversation
  • Click on the Expand symbol to expand the chat window
  • Click on the clock symbol to access old conversations (last 30 days)


The Eletive Copilot's is trained on Eletive's own documentation, such as Eletive Help Documents, for best results. 

Note: We're continuously improving the accuracy of the Copilot's responses.
