Note*: For Engagement surveys, the Conversations feature is used instead of the Question type "Text". 

Frequently asked questions

Can there be multiple survey ongoing at the same time?

Yes. A user with several surveys available at the same time will access all available surveys when opening a survey invite. The survey invitation open will be viewed first. The next survey will appear in the order above from 1-4. 

If running surveys of the same survey type (e.g. two engagement surveys) they will be merged into one. Meaning whether invite link the user opens they'll see the combined list of questions. Engagment survey can reuse question in both survey, to avoid duplication the question is combined and only answered one time. The answer will still  be related to all relevant survey send outs that require the answer for this question from the user.

If there's an available survey of a different type a "Start next survey" will show upon completing the first one. 

If there's no other surveys to answer the user is informed the following: "You have completed all your surveys!"
