Encourage comment if low-scored answer

Encourage your employees to leave a comment when they have scored a question with a value of 1 or 2 to

Ensure that you receive the best outcome from the survey with feedback that you can act on. When we encourage our employees to leave feedback when answering a question with low scores, we maximize the survey's outcome.  

Enable the Encourage comment if low-scored answer feature

1. Navigate to Settings and Features
2. Enable the Comments feature 
3. Navigate to Schedules 
4. Click on the schedule where you want to enable the feature 
5. Press on the switch to turn the feature on
6. Press on Save
