Explains how to go from Pre Go-Live state to Go-Live
When you get access to your Eletive Organization it will be in a Pre Go-Live state, which means that the functionality is limited. When you are done with the setup and ready to start using Eletive fully, you need to set the organization to Go-Live.
How to set your organization to Go-Live
1. Click on Settings in the Navigation menu
2. Click on General
3. Click on the Go-Live button
4. Read and confirm that you are authorized to perform this action by clicking the check box
5. Confirm by clicking Go-Live
Now you are all set to start using Eletive functionality according to your contract.
Note: Your organization will automatically be put into Go-Live state 9 months after signed contract if during this time it has not manually been put into Go-Live state.
