How do I change the segment or attribute for a user?
If a user has been placed in a wrong segment or attribute, for example in the wrong team or department, or if a user has changed their team or department you can change their segment or attribute.

If you would like to transfer their historical data to the new segment report, this can easily be done by using Eletive's backdate function. Please see following instructions on how to backdate: Backdate
