How to view your personal survey results

After completing an engagement survey in Eletive, you can view your personal results directly in the platform. Your personal report shows your engagement index, your results for each driver, and your answers to the survey questions as well as tips on how to improve your scores.

Only you can see your personal report. Your answers are always anonymous and are not visible to your manager or anyone else in the organization.

How to access your personal report

  1. Log in to Eletive here: Eletive login portal

  2. Click on Overview under your Me section in the left menu

Your report will appear as soon as you have completed your first survey.


What you can see in your personal report

In your report you can view:

• Your engagement index
• Your results for each engagement driver
• Your answers to individual questions
• Tips on how to improve your scores
• Benchmark comparisons
• Trends in your results over time


If you cannot see your report

If you cannot see your personal report, possible reasons include:

• You have not yet completed the survey
• The survey has not yet been submitted
• You are logged into the wrong account

If the issue persists, contact your organization’s Eletive administrator.
