Feature update 

360 Subjects can now choose their own reviewers

We’re making 360 reviews more flexible and scalable — subjects can now select their own reviewers, helping all organizations, but specifically large ones, to decentralize and simplify their 360 processes.

Key Features

  • Admin control: Decide whether subjects can choose reviewers, and from which groups (managers, peers, or direct reports).
  • Flexible setup: Use autofill to prepopulate reviewer lists — subjects can then adjust or add reviewers as needed.
  • Better scalability: Designed to fit larger organisations and make 360 administration smoother and less time-consuming.
