      Feature update

      We’ve begun rolling out improvements to the 360 Feedback experience, making it easier to interpret results and prepare for meaningful conversations.In this first phase, we've focused on the report pages. You can now:
      • See trends and progress over time across multiple 360 rounds
      • View distribution graphs to better understand how feedback is spread
      • Compare previous results to the latest round for a clearer development overview
      This is just the beginning—more enhancements are coming to improve editing, reviewer management, and survey flexibility.
