We've enhanced our target segment logic across the application, enabling more flexible and detailed target selection, e.g. for defining survey target groups.

What's New

• Choose Target Segment Logic: Any Segment or Every Attribute.
  • Any Segment: Employees must match at least one selected segment.
    This aligns with historical target selection. Existing selections remain intact; manual updates are required to apply the new option.
  • Every Attribute: Employees must match all attributes but can belong to any segment within one.
    For example, "Department: A and B" and "Employment type: Blue Collar" targets Blue Collar workers in Departments A or B.

  • Survey target selection: Engagement, Custom, and Lifecycle Surveys
  • Engagement question target selection
  • Kiosk Account target selection
  • SMS Notification target selection
