Many organisations have frontline or deskless employees without a work email or regular app access. We've built SMS as a new notification channel so you can reach them directly on their phone with survey invites and reminders.

What's new

• Employee phone numbers: Add and manage phone numbers manually, through CSV bulk import, or via your existing HRIS/SCIM sync.
• Customisable SMS content: Write your own invite and reminder text for SMS, using the same translation setup you already use for email invites.
• Secure one-tap links: SMS messages include a secure link that logs employees straight into their survey, so kiosk-based employees no longer need to enter a code.
• Cost projection before sending: See an estimated SMS cost on a schedule before you send it out, so you're not caught off guard.
• Credit balance and history: View your current SMS credit balance, purchase more credits, and review transaction and usage history for the past 12 months.
• Low-balance alerts: Admins are notified when their organisation's SMS credit balance runs low, so there's time to top up before sending is affected.
