 For 1-on-1s booked from segment scope, you can now get a clear, data-backed view of how 1-on-1 meetings are being used across your company. Instead of guessing which managers are keeping up with their teams, you can see coverage, completion, and frequency at a glance, at both the organization and segment level.

What's new

• New statistics pages at organization and segment level, giving you visibility into how 1-on-1s are actually being run across teams.
• Coverage: See the number and percentage of employees who have at least one 1-on-1 scheduled in the selected period, so you know whether 1-on-1s reach everyone or just a few people.
• Completion rate (follow-through): See the number and percentage of scheduled 1-on-1s that were actually marked as completed, so you know whether planned meetings are really happening.
• Average 1-on-1s per employee: See how often 1-on-1s are happening on average per employee, giving you a clear read on meeting frequency and consistency.
