New 1-on-1 meeting type from segment scope

We've added a dedicated 1-on-1 meeting type for managers and their direct reports, built to preserve employee context when managers change.

What's new

  • Ability to create 1-on-1 meeting on segment scope

  • Meeting history carries over to the new manager automatically.
  • Spot who in your team is missing an upcoming 1-on-1.

Available to all managers with the 1-on-1 add-on. We recommend HR teams to encourage managers to create all new recurring 1-on-1s using this format going forward.
