Bullying or harassment in the organization

Have you received a notification saying that someone in the organization has answered that they are subjected to bullying or harassment? This means that an employee has either responded with a 1 or a 2 to the question addressing these matters.

Do you want to know where in the organization this is a challenge? Follow the steps below:

• Navigate to the organization report and open the Meaningfulness and Participation driver
• Navigate to the Distribution tab
• Press the Export button
• Choose the attribute you wish to look at
