Cannot see a feature or function

If you cannot do something that you know should be possible or see something in Eletive that others might, for example, by reading our documentation or getting a tip from a colleague, it can be due to mainly two reasons.

1. You do not have access to do or see what you are trying to
2. Your organization do not have that feature active

Please note that in either of these cases, contact your organization's Eletive administrator or HR. We at Eletive cannot change features or manage your access.
