Color coding
Throughout Eletive, color coding is used to make it easier to see different values.
The following rules apply for values:
| 1 - 5 values | 1 - 5 index | 0 - 100% range | eNPS heatmap |
| 1 | 1 - 1.8 | 0 - 20% | Less than -60 |
| 2 | 1.8 - 2.6 | 20 - 40% | -60 to -20 |
| 3 | 2.6 - 3.4 | 40 - 60% | -20 to 0 |
| 4 | 3.4 - 4.2 | 60 - 80% | 0 to 20 |
| 5 | 4.2 - 5 | 80 - 100% | Greater than 20 |
Note: The report data is rounded. 1-5 values are rounded to 1 decimal, eNPS and Participation rate (%) are rounded to whole numbers (no decimals).
This can lead to the same number showing different colors.
E.g. 3,39 is rounded up to 3.4, it will be Orange
while 3.41 is rounded down to 3.4, it will be Light Green
If the value is exactly 3.4, it will be Orange.
The same logic applies if utilizing 2 decimal points for Decimal precision setting. Meaning 3.399 is rounded up to 3.40, it will be Orange
While 3.401 is rounded down to 3.40, it will Light Green
If the value is exactly 3.40, it will be Orange
