Eletive Copilot with Account Data Access

Enable Copilot to explore your survey results through natural language questions, uncovering insights and trends directly within the platform.

Target audience: administrators, analysts, managers

When account data access is enabled, Copilot can read report data from your engagement surveys, custom surveys, lifecycle surveys, and 360 feedback surveys. You can ask Copilot to pull out insights, identify correlations, and surface trends across all survey types — using plain language, without needing to navigate between reports manually.

Note: Copilot uses AI Credits to process requests. For more information on AI credits, see this article.

 Data access and anonymity

Copilot's access to data is always limited to the reports you already have permission to view in your own account, thus there is no risk of a user accessing data outside their existing report permissions.

Note: Copilot currently does not have access to data from other features such as Actions, Objectives, or 1-on-1s. It also cannot read current account settings for troubleshooting purposes. However, Copilot can guide you on correct setup for various features and link you to the relevant Help Center articles.

Activating Copilot with account data access

Activation of account data access can be enabled or restricted per role.

  1. Navigate to Settings / Features

  2. Enabled Copilot under the AI section

  3. Once the feature is enabled, a new tab called AI will be visible under Settings.
  4. Go to Settings / AI. Under the Copilot section, enable access independently for each role that should have Copilot with account data access.

Note: Employees do not currently have access to Eletive Copilot.

Note: When Copilot is enabled under Features but no account data access has been activated, Copilot will run in its default mode, drawing on Eletive's full Help Center to answer questions about features, settings, and platform setup in your preferred language.
