Forgot password

If you have lost your password you can use the reset password feature. You can also use this feature to create your password the first time you login.

Note: Please note that this only works in case your organization does not use SSO (Single-Sign-On)

Navigate to the sign in screen
Input your email (use the same email that is registered for your Eletive account). Press "Continue"
In the next screen press the "Forgot password?" then press the "Send now" button and follow the instructions received via email
