If you have lost your password you can use the reset password feature.
Note: Please note that this only works in case your organization does not use SSO (Single-Sign-On)
- Navigate to the sign in screen
- Input your email (use the same email that is registered for your Eletive account). Press "Continue"
- In the next screen press the "Forgot password?" button and follow the instructions
