Low participation notification explained

If you received a notification that you have a low participation rate in an organization or a segment this means that less than 60% answered the survey approximately three days before the survey is closed.

The participation rate is checked by the tool approximately 3 days before the survey is closed. If the rate is lower then 60% a notification is prepared by the tool to be sent out to the responsible user. The notification is not always sent out right away, for example if the rate is checked in the middle of the night the notification will not be sent out until the next day. When the user receive the notification the survey could have received more answers since the survey is still open, making the participation rate higher then 60%.

75% or higher is considered a good participation rate.
