Provide temporary access to your organization
In some cases it might be necessary for our Technical support to access your Eletive organization in order to diagnose and resolve customer support issue that you have raised. This article explains how your provide temporary access.
Target audience: Administrators, Superusers
How to activate temporary access
With the Administrator or Superuser role in Eletive you are able to grant a 72 hour access to our Technical Support. To activate temporary access:

Navigate to Settings General in the side bar

Activate support access

Click on "Give access"

- Inform support that access has been granted
- Done!
