Provide temporary access to your organization
In some cases it might be necessary for our Technical support to access your Eletive organization in order to diagnose and resolve customer support issue that you have raised. This article explains how your provide temporary access.
How to activate temporary access
With the Administrator role in Eletive you are able to grant a 72 hour access to our Technical Support. To activate temporary access:
1. Click on Settings in the navigation menu
2. Click on General and activate support access
3. Click on "Give access"
