      New feature update

      This release focuses on giving the survey creator much more control when creating a survey and much more

      Customizable survey creation

      • The survey creator can now tailor the survey by adjusting the question quantity, the survey frequency, and the timing of the eNPS question.

      • The moving average can now also be changed on an organizational level by an Admin.

      Trend reporting update

      • A user is now able to set the desired date range to see trends for; engagement trend, eNPS trend, and participation rate. This will give a better understanding of trends over specific periods.

      Integration partners

      • Add functionality for notifications.
