Increase account security with two-factor authentication (2FA)

Enable two-factor authentication

  1. Navigate to your profile and the Security tab
  2. Download the Google Authenticator app to your device
  3. Click the Enable button and follow the instructions

Disable two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication is optional and it is up to you if you want to use it. When using this feature you will need to enter the code appearing in your phone app every time you log in.

To disable two-factor authentication

  1. Click Security tab
  2. Click the Disable button

I lost my device and cannot access my account

If you lose your device and for that reason cannot access your account and disable two-factor authentication, reach out to your organization administrator and ask them to disable it for your user.

Notes

- If enabling 2FA during an ongoing survey, the existing invite sent per email will expire. The in-app survey notification still works to access the survey. 

- It is NOT possible to enforce all or some users to use 2FA. It needs to be enabled individually by each user.
