Add, edit or remove users
Users are found by navigating to Settings and Users. There are different ways to handle users which will be outlined here.
Integration - User Provisioning
Setting up an integration is the recommended method for managing user data. This way, managing user data can be automated. See our User Provisioning documentation for more information.
Mass edit (CSV import)

Manually
Add
To add users manually:
1. Navigate to Settings, then Users and click on the "Add New User" button on the top right corner of the screen.
2. Fill in the basic information of the new user (Email, First Name, and Last Name)
3. Choose the right attributes for the user under the "Attributes" section
4. Press Save
Edit
To edit users manually in the tool:
- Press on the user you want to edit
- Edit the user as desired
- Press Save
Remove
To remove users:
- Select and click on the user you want to remove
- Click on the Delete button
OR
- Mark the user in the list
- Press the "Delete selected" button
