View my report as a manager

Target audience: Managers

As a manager, you will have access to segment reports for teams/departments or similar that you are responsible for.

To view your team's survey report, you need to have been assigned as the manager of the segment before the survey started. Manager reports are generated based on the organization structure (segments and manager assignments) that existed when the survey began.

Please note that if you do not have the correct access, contact your organization's Eletive administrator or HR. We at Eletive cannot change or manage your access.

Finding my report

To view your report, perform the following:

In the level selector at the top of the page, select between segments you have manager access to
Now you will be able to see your report given that enough answers has been collected.
To switch to other segment reports, click on the arrow dropdown to toggle between the segment you have manager access to.

Note: Survey responses are always connected to the organization structure (segments and managers) that existed at the time of the latest survey send-out.

Historical survey responses can be reassigned using the Backdate feature. However, backdating should be used with care, as it affects historical reporting. Learn more here: Backdate
