When updating a user’s email, will a new survey invite be sent out?

Yes, a new survey invite will be sent out within 12 hours after a user email has been updated.

Remember to continue completing the survey before it closes, otherwise you will not be able to answer all questions.  

We recommend to answer all your survey questions in the same session. Answering a full survey, based on our standard battery package containing 46 questions, is estimated to take 8 minutes to complete.

Note:  When the email is updated, the survey link already sent is at the same time cancelled, if the survey has not already been taken.

This means if the user tries to login to Eletive and take the survey by using the link in Notification, this will not work since it has been cancelled. The user will have to wait for the survey to be sent out to the new email.

If the user has already taken the ongoing survey, no new invite will be sent until the next survey.
