Working with segment comments

As a manager, you are able to see and answer comments in your segments.

Statistics bar

The Statistics bar shows findings within the comments and can be used to show  comments based on the topic. 

You will see statistics based Most commented diver and Most commented question as well with the comments amount for sensitive questions (Stress and Bullying & Harassment).

Chat

You can open each comment in a separate chat to answer the comment. The user will see that it is you who wrote the answer but if the user replies, the user will be anonymous. This is a great way to break through the barriers of communication.

Read receipts

Sometimes there is time to read but not to respond to every comment. For the employee not to wonder if the comment has reached a manager, a “Read receipt” will be visible for the employee in the chat.

Filter

To find specific comments that interest you, make use of the filter features to narrow down the list.
