Custom PowerPoint design template for report exports

With this feature, you have the ability to brand the PowerPoint exports of your reports. When enabled, all report exports will use your chosen primary color and cover image instead of the default Eletive design, giving your exported reports a consistent, on-brand look when you share them internally or with stakeholders.

Target Audience: Administrators

Configure your custom PowerPoint design template

  1. Navigate to Settings / General in the left side bar.
  2. Toggle on Use custom powerpoint design template.
  3. Under Color, enter a Primary color as a hex code (for example, 4959B6).
    • Used for prominent elements such as large text and decorative accents.
    • Choose a darker color. This text appears on white, so a light color is hard to read.
    • Smaller body text stays dark by default and isn't affected by this setting.
  4. If your cover image has a darker background, toggle on Use negative colors on covertext. This makes the text on the cover page white instead of dark, so it stays readable against a dark background.
  5. Under Cover image, upload an image to be used as the background of the first (cover) slide.
    • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, or SVG.
    • Minimum size: 1920×1080 px. Images below this are rejected.
    • Keep important detail away from the areas where the cover text and information sit, and avoid colors that clash with the text.
  6. Click Save to apply your changes.

Once saved, all future PowerPoint exports of your reports will use this custom design automatically.
