How is the participation rate calculated for a survey?

The total number of participants for a survey is based on the number of individual users within the survey's target group. In order to count as a participator of the survey, an employee has to complete the full survey. The participation rate is the percentage of participators that have answered the survey within the survey's target group.

If the survey has been sent out to 100 employees, participants, and 80 of these have completed the survey, being a participator, the participation rate is 80%.

If the "Participate in Survey"-toggle is deactivated for a user when the survey starts, that user will NOT be included in the participation rate.
