Integrate with Microsoft Teams

Describes how to enable Teams integration in Eletive. A feature that enables notifications from Eletive to be sent to your Teams Workspace.

Configuration

In Eletive

  • Go to "Settings -> Features and make sure that you have enabled Teams Integrations
  • Go to "Setting -> Integrations"
  • Select "Teams"
  • Click "Add to Teams"
  • Add the tenant ID used for your Teams Organization

Note: The users' email in Teams need to match the user's email in Eletive.

With the Teams integration enabled you will now also see the Teams Notification option in the Notifications tab.  

In Microsoft Teams

Eletive has an app in Microsoft Marketplace that can be downloaded and installed for all or selected users. 

Managing apps in Teams

A Teams Administrator can manage apps within the tenant. Below are Microsoft's own documentation App management and preinstallation of apps.

 

Note: Eletive wants our customers to be happy and we gladly help you with Eletive-related challenges, such as questions related to the MS Teams integration. 

However, we cannot guarantee consulting capabilities in other systems than Eletive such as MS Teams. For this reason, Eletive does not do any consulting in other systems than Eletive, which is by default stated in Terms and Conditions in customer contracts.

 

When are the Teams notifications sent?
