Lifecycle Survey Settings

Lifecycle Survey settings allow you to manage how onboarding and exit surveys are structured, displayed, and analyzed. These settings help ensure surveys are relevant, clear, and aligned with your organization's goals for employee feedback.

Minimum segment size

The default minimum segment size is 3 answers. This limit can be changed to other levels by following this instruction.

  • Press Save Changes

Survey Status Tabs

Each Lifecycle Survey can be found under one of three tabs:

  • Active – Surveys currently running.

  • Inactive – Previously used or paused surveys.

  • Drafts – Surveys in progress, not yet sent out.

You can easily track the survey title, survey type (onboarding or exit), date created, latest send-out date, creator, and which segments the survey is targeting.
