      Export API update

      New

      New functionality has been added to the Export API, where customers can fetch data on segment level (for Engagement Surveys).

      Data that is available for fetching is:

      • Particiption rate
      • Engagement score
      • ENPS
      • Engagement score per question
      • Engagement score per driver

      • It is also possible to fetch the names of drivers, questions, attributes and segments (in English)
