      Send a survey reminder

      If you want to manually send a reminder to the survey participants

      • Navigate to Settings and Schedules
      • Press the schedule with the active survey
      • Under Current survey, press the Send reminders button
      • Press Yes in the dialog box showing

      Note: Only the participants who haven't responded to the survey will receive the reminder. It is only possible to send manual reminders if there has not been another (automatic or manual) reminder within the last 24 hours.  Read more about automatic reminders here.
