      Encourage comment if low-scored answer

      Encourage your employees to leave a comment only when they have scored a question with a value of 1 or 2

      If you want to encourage comments only on low-scored answers (1-2), the toggle “Encourage comments if low-scored answers” can be enabled. When toggled on the comment box will only be shown when a low-scored answer is answered.

      Enable the Encourage comment if low-scored answer feature

      1. Navigate to Settings and Features
      2. Enable the Comments feature 
      3. Navigate to Schedules
      4. Click on the schedule where you want to enable the feature 
      5. Enable the toggle “Encourage comments if low-scored answer”
      6. Click Save

      Low answer

      Note: The feature will not be possible to enable whilst the “Survey Comments” feature is enabled. The toggle will be visible in the schedule when “Survey Comments” feature is disabled.
